Users can cancel their booking up to 3 minutes before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any cancellation charges.

Cancellation Charges:
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific fee will be displayed at the time of cancellation and is determined based on the proximity to the scheduled pickup time.

No-Show Policy:
If the user is not present at the designated pickup location within 5 minutes of the driver's arrival, it will be considered a no-show, and the applicable cancellation charges may apply.
Refund Policy:

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the allowable cancellation window.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.

Exceptional Cases:
In cases where the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues from Simplego's end, we may, at our discretion, provide a full or partial refund.
